Kathleen Gurski | 10 comments Looking for the title for a book I read about 25+ years ago. It had the word LIGHT in the title and the cover had two cats on a yellow (I think) background with a rainbow? I believe it was an Adult level, but I did read it as a teen. In the book a witch does not return home and her familiars don't know what to do. If I remember correctly there is a frog, a snake, two cats, a dog and some other critters. They go on a quest, sorry can't remember why, but in the end it turns out that the animals all had special abilities about them such as the snake was actually a dragon. Any help would be appreciated! My younger self thought it was an amazing read and I would like to share it with my kids.

Kathleen, is this book for kids, teens or adults?

Kathleen Gurski | 10 comments I believe it was an Adult fantasy title, although I did read it in my late teens. Cheers!

Gillian,

Thank you for the suggestion. No it isn't The Unlikely Ones, although I should go and read that one again and see if I enjoy now as an adult compared to when I was a kid.

thanks
