Rebounding is jumping on mini-trampolines (the small round ones). There are some local facilities like SkyZone or Sky High where you can jump on larger trampolines - bouncing from one to the other. Tom and I take the hour-long intense classes they have in the mornings. It's sooo much fun and a complete body workout. It's hard if you aren't used to it - especially with your core.

You might have a place in Ohio. Look up SkyZone or Sky High online. Tom and I love going and use the mini-rebounder at home for the days we don't go to the classes. Definitely go with a friend or two. I love the 'pit' even though it's tiring.

I don't doubt it! I just checked and it looks like there are several SkyZones in Ohio! Columbus is where one of the places is located.
