Well the trick is to be consistent Mikey. If you drop it all together it only makes it harder to get back into it. Always make time, even if only a couple of times a week.

Lol well I finished my 4 week full body muscle gain on Sunday. Yesterday I started a full 2 week plan, oblique and lower back routine. It's killer. Like holy hell it kills me lol I rather be fat and eating than this. I say as I prepare to do the follow up exercise after work
