So yesterday...all morning doing the head-dive...opposite this morning. I slept 10 hours! Yes....10. I made up for my three the night before.

I used to not want to go to bed when I was little Donna....the idea of missing something...anything was worrying. ;)

I can nap if i put my mind to it...the good naps are the unexpected ones...like when you start watching a movie and then wake up at the end credits ;)

Mind you I avoid caffeine as much a possible and drink mostly water all day. *Shrugs*
