This is me this morning...
That thing I said said I was going to do, you know...sleep? :)
Um...kinda went to bed at 4:30 this morning...was wide awake by 7:30...I see a nap in the near future! :)

Eight years ago I had a six-artery heart bypass, it figured heavily into my first book. A few years ago, on a routine visit with my cardiologist, he asked, "Mr. Blanchard, you ARE taking a nap every day, I hope?" I've always been a napper, and my family has always harassed me about it. That IS horrible and sad. I love my naps. Nothing like curling up and snuggling my pillow in the middle of the day with some music in the background.
