G'day all. Wow - all the posts I've been seeing about Father's Day elsewhere, it's been kinda disorienting.

Here in Australia, we don't celebrate Father's Day until the first Sunday in September so we've got a couple of months to wait (Boo!).

Still, what did everyone do for their Father's Day over and up there?

Been very busy the past two months...and my laptop is broken and I hate the GR app on my phone and I don't use it often.

So...this morning (Tuesday here), I've been busily putting together a series of guest blog posts in preparation for a new release later this year. They're mainly writing focused, covering topics such as Males writing Female characters, the importance of setting, use of real world medical theories as paranormal themes and broader ideas about social networking.

I want to come up with about five or six more topics that I can explore but I'm having some trouble wracking my brain. What do you guys and girls think? What kind of topics are you drawn to reading as blog posts? Do you prefer some over others? What topics, in particular, do you avoid?

When I left the house for work this morning it was raining hard until I arrived in the office. Half an hour later, the sun is shining and there are no clouds in sight.

It would depend on who is your target audience, I think. Or maybe you can share a bit about some information, like where did you get your inspiration for this book etc? I think that would be interesting. It may also tempt more people to read your book, especially if the topic captured their attention.

Like who are you looking to draw to the discussions? Readers of a certain genre, or writers? Blogs can cover so many different topics. :)
