I haven't, but I have a friend who has a tarantula....he's so furry! It's those little ones that surprise me that freak me out! Just like snakes...I LOVE reptile houses and snake houses where eI can observe! (Heck, my fave animal is alligator!) But out and about in the "wild" NOPE NOPE NOPE
