You ain't the only one which is why I hate the gym. Well there are other reasons why I hate it but yeah.
Alright since you shared, I'll share. A couple of years ago, momma forced a bunch of us to go to zumba with her on her birthday. Didn't know much about it and she didn't tell me that it was such a fast paced workout. I wore what I use to wear for my hiphop dance classes. Tank and loose sweats. Yeah 15 minutes into it I realized it was a bad idea when my sweats dropped to my knees. *groans* I was up front near a lot of older women. I calmly pulled my sweats up and walked off the floor. I never went back to that gym.
Shari! Wow! I feel for you! I'd hate to be left in just my thong in front of a crowd.

I've never had my pants fall down...but I hit a parked car with my bike...and fell out of trees in a reg basis. (when I was younger...not last week ;))
