SOLVED. Sci-Fi/Children’s: read between 2013 & 2014. Has to be older than that. about a boy who has to climb a tower to get a gem(s). I think tower or towers is in the title, but can’t remember for sure. [s]

I think tower or towers is in the title, it could have been part of a series but I only read the one book.
I believe their may have been combat skills involved like archery or swords but I can’t remember.
