ABANDONED. YA Paranormal Thriller: A dancer ends up in prison and the story is narrated by a prison mate.

I read this book in 2018, and I think it had just come out, English is not my first language so this is gonna be pretty messy, hope you can understand what I'm writing. .spoiler ahead. i perfectly remember the plot of the book: there is this girl that in the very first chapter is escaping prison due to a failure in the electric system, while she is running she has a face to face meeting with an "halo" from the future (later we'll find out that she is a friend of the prisoner the story is about). The story starts from the second chapter: the inmate from the first chapter is the narrator and tells the story of her crime (she killed her abusive stepfather), she also tells the story of a girl that ended up in prison with her. She is a dancer who was accused of the murder of some teammates. All of the inmates get poisoned by someone during a lunch and they all die. Then there's a time travel and we are in the future: a dancer is leaving for university and wants to go visit the site where the prison used to be and where all those girls died. We find out that she was the dancer prisoner best friend and that she was the one who accused the girl of the murder, even though she was the one who killed the teammates. She goes to the site with her boyfriend and with the dancer prisoner's ex boyfriend. Now we have some paranormal activity: the moment they visit the site is the very same moment the mayhem from the first chapter happens (basically past meets future) and she takes the place of the dancer prisoner.
