SOLVED. "Updated for 90's" creativity nonfiction [s]

The book I'm looking for had a white cover w. red border and it had a head in chains illustrated (I think the same pic appeared somewhere in the book itself). It said Updated For 90's on the front, but this was in 2010-11, I think--I got it at a second-hand store....
It was about creativity and how to be more creative. Many anecdotes, one about a woman using string to explain hard math, another about a little girl who drew a picture in grey because her house looked like that at dawn.
It had a list of questions to think about near the end or middle: "what if you could only talk on the phone so long before you got arrested" was one.
