My thoughts exactly;o Though I had chosen another book - I might change it for this one^^

Charlotte (charley_100) | 322 comments Same with me, may keep my original one in place, but change to this if 54 books starts becoming less manageable as the year goes on!

My copy doesn't have a lighthouse on it! But I may allow it to qualify for the Full Deck box as plenty of other copies do....

I've never Woolf before either. I have always (don't know why) had the impression that I would be asleep almost instantly. I will give this a try and hope to be proved wrong.

My tho..."

Same here! I had another book in mind for the challenge, but I really want to read this one too as I've started it twice in the past and not finished - I don't really know why as I love Woolf's writing. Hopefully this will be third time lucky.

Zoe | 13 comments I was glad to see an obvious nudge to this novel in the Full Deck Challenge as I always felt that I should read something by Woolf. Just started and I have to say that I find the beautifully composed stream of consciousness very relaxing. Advantageously, I will be taking a trip to the stunningly beautiful Western Highlands later this year so this book holds extra fascination for me.

Seraphina | 100 comments This is on my dusty bookshelf challenge so looking forward to starting this one shortly

Hence why I nominated it. And I have never read any Woolf either, but did read a memoir last year called To the River: A Journey Beneath the Surface about her

I tried, but I didn't get very far. May just put to one side and try again another day. Going to the spoiler thread for inspiration, wrong I know.
