August BOTM Similar Books List

In August, we are going to be reading Small Spaces (#1) by Katherine Arden. You may have already read it, or maybe you don’t fancy it, no worries! You can either read a book from our Recommendations List (pinned tweet on MGM account), choose a book from your own TBR - as long as it is a Middle Grade - or you can pick a book from this list. We haven’t read all of the books from this list, but they have all been compared to our August BOTM quite a few times and have a few similarities! It was a bit tricky finding books that were similar to Small Spaces, so we ended up picking 6 books with the same spooky feel, be it with ghosts, spirits, middle grade horror, a spooky atmosphere or a storyline with secrets, a group of friends and a mystery to solve!
