Probably because you have shelved two editions of the same book, see https://www.goodreads.com/review/list...You can remove the unwanted edition by clicking the x at the right of the edition.
This is not a question for the Librarians Group, btw. This group is for requesting book edits and not for questions to do with site functionality.
