Will check to see if I can put my current book somewhere."
I'm sorry you've been ill, Lieke, but so glad you're doing better! <3

Will check to see if I can put my current book som..."
Thanks Roxana!

Answer: I weight Less than a polar bear."
Ha, I love that response.

Because the book is also about working only 16 hours a week, and if I want to motivate myself for something it can be good to take a day of and have a whole day to work on it.

I used The Titan's Curse because I can navigate really well using different methods like they do on their quest.

We now only have four open prompts left, and we have three wild cards earned already. Do we want to put those in after the next filled prompt so we can move to round 2?

Sure, using the wildcards like that would make sense. Restarts at 2 pts per book?

So now we can use a wildcard on the final prompt...and start round 2, for 2 points per book! I've added the round 2 section on the same sheet below round 1, and as I'm typing this, I noticed Martha is already on top of filling in our first round 2 prompt, so that's awesome!

I just finished A Court of Mist and Fury and have assigned it to what are you bad at. The main character likes to paint and is a talented artist. I am terrible at art and any kind of craft. I even struggle to paint a wall properly.

It is a different book with the same title as my Chosen in round one.

Never Split the Difference
( I started a bunch of books and realized keeping track of pages read is a pain so I'm just adding the pages to the spreadsheet as the finish the book. Hopefully I can get a few more done this weekend.)

What is your favorite TV show?
Born a Crime: Stories From a South African Childhood because I love watching Trevor Noah on The Daily Show.
If you woke up tomorrow as an animal, what animal would you choose to be?
The Fur Person since it is about a cat, and I would TOTALLY want to be a cat (mine in particular).
What is your favorite part of a county fair?
The Stars of Summer since she writes a review of the best hotdogs in the city, and really where else do you get a perfect corndog but at a county fair?

Persepolis: The Story of a Childhood
Like the narrator I wanted to be Madame Curie when I grew up.
#14 What is your favorite season of the year?
They Called Us Enemy
Winter, which comes up with snow and the excitement of him seeing that while in the camps.

I have updated your total points for the team! It can be found in the second post of this thread.
Keep up the hard work, and happy last day of the read-a-thon!

That sounds beautiful!

Fixed it, no worries! :)

Thank you!

I would hate being a lawyer so I put in Ruth Bader Ginsburg: A Life (I've been reading it off and on for weeks and got motivated to finish it this week).
#30 What is a popular trend that you can’t stand?
Those trite sayings that trend all over social media that are meant to make you feel better but a lot of times do the opposite. This book helps with that. There Is No Good Card for This: What To Say and Do When Life Is Scary, Awful, and Unfair to People You Love
