I might have accidentally resent this: my apologies.
It's about a girl who can find missing people by looking at a photo of them and ends up having dreams of their whereabout. She sends anonymous tips to the police and ends up being suspected of being a murderer -- the first person she found was a dead girl -- whilst leaving her anger management session with the school counsellor. If it helps, there's this motorbike bad-boy love interest dude who helps her escape this research facility. I'm pretty sure it was one book with two stories inside; book one and two, but they're about the same girl and guy. Good luck and thanks!
