I completely agree Hunter! Although they were quite explicit the scenes never felt inappropriate or sleazy, just beautiful and sensual

This is my favourite book and I often listen to the audio book. Enigma Variations is on my list of books to read and I hope it’s just as good!

Yes, it's a beautifully written story, I loved both the book and the movie. I'm torn as to which has the better ending - the book is wonderful to give us those years of follow up, but that ending for the movie, no words, just brilliant acting, is one of the best endings I have ever seen in a film. However, I must say, I'm a bit turned off by Armie Hammer since all that nonsense about his cannibalism. It almost ruins the movie for me.
