8. What do you think of how Harry handled Jerry Edgar's betrayal? What could or should he have done differently? How did you feel when he later changed his mind?

Tracey (trakka) | 407 comments As you say it was a betrayal so I can understand how Harry reacted. I think it was super nice for Harry to give Edgar another chance.

I certainly identified with Harry and his reaction. His willingness to give Edgar a second chance serves to seal a tighter bond for the future. I'm not sure Harry planned it that way.

❆ Crystal ❆ (crystal_wright) I can understand how angry he was with him for sure. But, I think he forgave him wayyyy to quickly.

Me, too, though I admired him for doing so. I'd need to carry my "mad" a bit longer:)

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 2240 comments Harry's reaction was appropriate and when he calmed down later and thought about it, he made the smart choice. You never know when you might need your friends and now Edgar owes him.

And it just might make Edgar more loyal (now that I've calmed down).

:0)

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1392 comments ...agreed. Harry is basically a very decent human being and maybe being the accused in a trial caused him to realize he would want a second chance (or, would this be his third?).

message 10: by Robin (new)

Robin (robinmy) | 1214 comments I thought Harry reaction was appropriate. I was surprised he forgave Edgar so quickly.

You're right, Jonetta. Maybe this will change Harry and Edgar's relationship for the better.
