@ Sabine awesome! Since apparently I either didn't invite myself or GR is glitchy I hope no one takes it personally! :D

No rush Louise. I can understand everyone wanting to think! I've found this one the toughest yet!
Another group I'm in, the (experienced) moderator had all sorts of trouble putting a poll up this month. That's why I left the time zone thing alone.

@ Karlyne. Yep! Lots of interest.
& since I'm the anal retentive type, I'll just remind everyone that the June read is An Infamous Army

I've read The Grand Sophy most recently, and I think I've read The Reluctant Widow, but if I have then it's been quite a few years.

And I think I've lost my copy...

I have no idea why I thought I would be able to see the results without pressing anything!
I've joined the Moderators' Group here, so hopefully I'll pick up some handy tips.
Next time I'm going to see if I can just select all for sending the poll. :)
& speaking of polls I did find some polls for favourite GH books - just not the one I was looking for which listed all the books GH wrote. I'll find them again & give them their own thread!

I promise to vote for Sophy next time ;)

It was the first one I read too

I'll put the discussion threads up on the 1st of July.

Same deal as last time - I'll leave nominations open for a week or until we have 5 - whichever comes first.
The only mystery I own is A Blunt Instrument, so if any of the other mysteries is successful could the person nominating lead. Same if My Lord John or Charity Girl wins.
These are the ones we read in 2014, so IMO its too soon to reread;
2014 Cotillion
Frederica
Sylvester
Footsteps in the Dark (mystery)
The Nonesuch
The Unknown Ajax
Death in the Stocks (mystery)
The Foundling
Edit Books already read in 2015 are in message 1 of this thread.

I'll nominate The Grand Sophy. Anyone who has Georgette Heyer as a favourite author on Good Reads - that is the title mentioned. One of her most famous & beloved books.

Do you have another nomination?

I should have said one nomination per person. Sigh I really shouln't post anything before my first coffee! :)

The Black Moth
The Grand Sophy
& either The Convenient Marriage or a Civil Contract - just waiting for Hana to get back to me with which one she prefers. Hint; or if you are a fan of one of those 2 I could put you down as nominating one & Hana the other! :D ;)

I know & when my ones come up, I'll let someone who does love them lead so that we get a positive discussion. :)

Abigail, even though we won't be reading this book, I just want to say that I do admire your taste. :)

Carolein you temptress!
Now
The Spanish Bride
The Black Moth
The Grand Sophy
The Convenient Marriage or A Civil Contract
I'll try messaging Hana, but that is such a great line up I'm tempted to make it our final 5!

I'm going to make the nominations
The Spanish Bride
The Black Moth
The Grand Sophy
The Tollgate
A Civil Contract - as there has always been a lot of talk about this title.
I'll put the poll up later today. :)

The Tollgate was left off at first & Susan was lightening fast voting. Susan if you would prefer The Tollgate you can change your vote.
This time I have sent the poll to everyone We have a lot of inactive members, but I decided I would rather annoy them than omit any regulars by mistake.

If anyone has received the email can you let me know?
