Do you have any that are under the 'Not Active' tab? Specifically on 'Archived, Not Downloaded' or 'Will Not Give Feedback'? If you have any books there then that's why your numbers wouldn't add up. Those books are included in your total approved but wouldn't be on your 'Give Feedback' tab where 'Your Shelf' defaults to.
Ditto to what Melanie said I was going to ask if any of the books had archived before you either downloaded them or reviewed them.
I just checked mine and I have 495 approved and feedback for 487. When I added the books on my shelf and the "Will Not Give Feedback" the numbers turned out correct for me. Sorry can't be of more help :(
I have noticed the last few weeks that the "older than 3 months" shelf says zero even though when I click on it I still have a book there...just not showing till I click on that shelf.It still shows in my number of approved books on my profile, but not in the "current titles" count. Do you have any books on your "older than 3 months" shelf when you click on it?
Ahah! There are books on the 3 months shelf even though it says zero! That brings the numbers out right. Thank you so much, MissBecka, I didn't think to check there when it said (0)!
Yeah, same thing happened to me too a few weeks ago. Someone else had to tell me too. Glad I could return the favour :)
I've asked two friends to check as well. One, who's quite new, has sent 26 feedback and been approved for 37, a difference of eleven. There's only 8 books on her shelf. The other has 130 feedback, 136 approved, and 5 books on her shelf.
I know that sometimes when you post a review it takes a bit for the numbers to catch up, but the feedback numbers are right for all three of us. Netgalley seems to think we have more books unread on our shelves than we actually do. Anyone have any ideas?
