SOLVED. Crime thriller where teacher who had affair with student comes back and tries to kill student and sets house on fire

This book centers around a husband and wife where the husband finds out that the wife had an "affair" with her teacher when she was in high school (they would meet up in a special spot in the woods, or something like that) - her mom had died, she had an older sister. She was shy. He found her years later and I think attacked her and she became pregnant (the husband finds out). The husband meets the teacher in a bar and the teacher lies and says it was all her fault and she's crazy. The teacher comes back to try to kill her and ties her and her sister up in her house and sets it on fire. The sister pretends to be on the teacher's side and ends up saving her. Read this recently (2020), but could be a few years old. Help!!
