I think I read this in January this year and it was defiantly newer. The girl, the main character, is younger like 12-16. She has a scar across her face due to a wolf attack when she was young. She is shamed in town. Her father is either a librarian or a medicine man maybe. The girl is taken by a wolf or has to go with him. He runs supernatural fast and they go to a magical part of the woods. His home is possibly underground but had gardens and many many rooms and its kind of a huge maze. maybe the rooms are portals. There is also a room with thousands of mirrors and they show places all over or she can escape into them. The wolf also teachers her some magic with thread and he gives her a pouch with some sewing/magic supplies. This is as far as I got but the back cover said somethings about another, possibly a boy, was also a prisoner. Thanks!
