Clean Sherlock Holmes Books NOT By Conan Doyle?

I just read The Revelant of Thaxton Hall that has Arthur Conan Doyle as the main character. I am hesitant about recommending it as a clean book though. I don't remember any language but some oggling female figures and there is a hermaphrodite and inferences about Oscar Wilde's sexual preferences. No sexual details though.
I believe that Laurie King's Mary Russell series us clean. Some of her unrelated books, though, I think you have to watch out for.
There's a teenage Sherlock Holmes that you might enjoy - it's written very well but it is a teen series. I can't remember the author but some of the titles are rebel fire and black ice maybe?*edit: I believe the authors name is Andrew lane.
Thanks for the recommendations. Unfortunately, I tried to listen to one of the teenage Sherlock Holmes books on audio -I always listren to audio books due to concentration difficulties- but the narrator bothered me and I had to put it down. I've heard of the Laurie King books, but haven't read one because I guess I'm a Holmes purist and don't like to think of him as married. He's a perpetual bachelor to me. I saw a couple of lists on Goodreads of Holmes books-wow, there are tons! But, I don't like to jump into a book if it may contain junk. Any other ideas? Thanks! :-)

Does anyone know of any Sherlock Holmes books not written by Conan Doyle...that are clean? I've read almost all of the originals. I have seen lots of them by other authors but don't know which ones are clean (and good). Thanks!
