I'm looking for the name of the series. In the first book, the main character is an orphan boy who ends up joining this group of 'knights' (I dont know if thats what they called themselves) and this women claims to be his aunt and takes him from the orphanage right before his 13th birthday. She is the leader of the knights and i think her name was Vivian (that could be wrong). The knights fight some demon-like creatures who basically give off a sense of wrong. The knights use powers called Cants and to use Cants, your body will slowly turn to a lead like substance, starting woth your palms. I think the main character had a crush on the demon-thing's princess. [I'm sorry that this is so incoherent].
