SOLVED. Highlander book- hero is Scot and heroine is English. [s]

Hello i hope somebody can help me remember the title of this book. The hero is a laird and is about to be married, or maybe they are already married to the heroine who is english.

I remember a scene where an injured clans member was injured and was brought to the castle, everybody gave up even the laird thinking he is a lost except for the heroine. The heroine is a healer and save the injured clans men.
