How do I know if I'm a Librarian?

Hello, some months ago i applied to be a Goodreads Librarian, and two weeks later i was able to retake the quiz, thus i came to the conclusion that my application was denied.
However, just today i noticed that i have been ranked as "#13 top Librarian" of this week in my country.
Does this mean I am a Librarian, is it a bug, or this ranking shows random edits such as adding a new book/edition that can be done by normal Goodreads members?

It would say "Goodreads Librarian" beneath your avatar on your profile page. Adding books makes a librarian entry. If you've been doing that, it's possible to be listed on the Top Librarian lists.
