SOLVED. YA Dystopia where everyone is given a score that determines where they live. [s]

hi Ive been looking for this book for a while. it follows a teen girl who lives in a world where everyone has a score and the person behaviour affect there score and how well they do in test and in there job. everyone had an individual score and then a family score with everyone score combined (I think) there is also a big test that everyone has to take from the young to adults that happens once a year or so. I also think (thought not 100% sure) that people were also divided by colour bands e.g. if your family score is 100-200 you are brown but if you are 200-300 you are pink.

I remember she lived with her mum and dad, a brother (can't remember if he was her twin or not but there were in the same class) and a younger sibling (can't remember gender but they were around 2-3) and that she had to go on a big quest to save the city but the people in charge didn't want her too, one thing they did to stop her was make the wholes family's score 0 and making them live all in one room. the parents were surprisingly ok about it as they didn't like the government and only wanted there kids to be healthy and happy. I also remember that it was her, her brother and another boy who went on the quest but the boy was kinda unless for most of it then he became suddenly integral. thanks in advance :)
