SOLVED. LGBTQ+ novel, relationship between a "blind" vampire and a werewolf. They are mates.

All I can remember was that the vampire was imprisoned or something then the werewolf somewhat "attacked" or "duel" then he won. He save the vampire then he noticed or something that the vamp is his mate. If I'm not mistaken this is the first book of a series. I hope someone can help me. Thank you so much if you did.
