Fine has created a very funny story, with lots of sarcasm that may be lost on some children. “Cry in my fur so hard I almost drown, and squeeze me so hard I almost choke?” I would recommend this book for children aged from 7 – 10 as it is an easy read. Although, those that are animal lovers may find this book a little distressing. The book allows you to discuss funerals, death, predators and prey.
