This book I believe would be in the children's section. It has a purple cover with a girl with orange hair and a white dress carrying a book. There are 3 people faded into the background. It's about this girl who loves poetry, reading and emulates Dickinson in behavior. Her favorite outfit is a white dress and spending days on her hammock. Throughout the course of the book she steadily rises in popularity by acting like the popular kids and eventually comes to realize that she needs to be herself. Thank you! This book is the first book I read completely that was a chapter book and it's been bothering me.
