The relationship between Amir and Hassan is very similar to that of Baba and Ali. Both Baba and Amir don’t necessarily think of Hassan or Ali as their friends, yet both groups of boys grew up together and care about each other. Why do you think that Amir and Baba don’t acknowledge Hassan and Ali as their friends?
