SOLVED. Play house in woods with strange painting [s]

I read this book when I was in maybe 2nd grade, so it's a younger kids' book (probably a higher level than 2nd). I think I read it between 2008-10. I remember I got the book from the Worthington Branch Delaware Library in Ohio. I lived really close and would spend a lot of time there.

It's about this girl (Girl A) who finds a house in the woods by her new house. Inside the house is a painting with the same house and a different girl inside. The girl inside the painting (Girl C) becomes friends with Girl A, but then wants her to live in the painting with her. Girl A's little sister (Girl B) follows her into the woods one day and finds the house and the painting. Girl B gets taken into the painting by Girl C. Girl A has to rescue her sister and I think she ends up setting the house/painting on fire to save her sister and destroy Girl C.
I think the house is green? I'm not 100% sure, I read this over 10 years ago and it's driving me crazy trying to find it.
