1. The easiest way to keep track of my tribute's success
All you have to do is keep up with the posts in the 80th Hunger Games Events topic. The Mods will keep track of your remaining health points, weapons available, fights, and all things that affect that. We will post one fight, one small health assist, and one weapon lottery per day using the following templates:

"Character1 and Character2 fight. Cnaracter1 Attacks Character2. Character1 uses Weapon1. Character2 uses Weapon2. Weapon1 distributes ? Damage while Weapon2 distributes ? Damage creating a fight conclusion of Character? losing ?-?=? health points"

"Character? receives Advantage for an additional 2-5 health points"

"Character? Makes/finds/steals Weapon"

and thats all you really NEED to know, but the rest of this goes into detail about how this gets decided

2. Health Points
Every tribute, excluding those with a pre-planned death, will get 50 health points to start with
We will hold a poll, mimicking sponsorships, to decide our top 5 favorite tributes, those 5 will receive extra health points based on their ranking
5th place- 5 points, 4th place- 10 points, 3rd place- 15 points, 2nd place- 20 points, 1st place- 25 points
Mods will use a number generator, the highest number being decided by the weapon being used against the tribute, to decide damage to the health points
Those paired up in the games, mimicking alliances, will have one opportunity to earn back half their health points after the first attack

3. The Poll
Each author can pick one of their tributes to be entered in the poll to receive extra points
Any characters with a pre-planned death will not be entered
You may not vote for your own tribute
The poll will remain up for the week leading up to the game

4. Weapons
Each weapon will have a certain damage score they can distribute, this will be the high number entered into the generator. Certain weapons can only be used a limited number of times/transfer to the opposing tribute after a fight if they survive.

Swords 1-20, unlimited use, no transfer
Throwing Knives 1-30, 5 uses, one use transfers to the opposing tribute
Trident/Spear 1-30, two uses, no transfer
Bow and Arrow 1-25, 12 uses, no transfer
Hand to Hand 1-10, unlimited uses, everyone has this
Hatchet/sickle 1-17, unlimited use, no transfer
Explosives 1-75, one use per game, no transfer

You can gain weapons either by risking the cornucopia, fighting another tribute, or by the events page lotteries. All those who take part in the bloodbath will receive one weapon of their choosing and a chance for additional weapons to be drawn based on the number of tributes taking place in the bloodbath (if 12 tributes fight there will be 12 additional weapons available and a name generator will decide who gets them, you could receive all 12, none of them, or any number in between but only 12 will be distributed)

5. Attacks
Attacks to health will be decided by a name generator, the first two names drawn will be the tributes taking place in the fight, a second generator will decide who is the offense and who is defense, a third will select the tributes' weapons from their inventory, and a fourth will decide the damage done
This is just to avoid any disputes, you can negotiate with the author of the opposing tribute if you want to, but there must be a loss of health points between the two tributes that is greater than or equal to what was assigned to the fight.
Ex.
I don't want to write my tribute using throwing knives, I want them to use a bow and arrow.
That's fine but it doesn't change the damage done or what is in their inventory for future decisions on damage.
I talked with the other author and they're willing to have their character take the damage when mine was assigned to take the damage
That's totally fine! it's your story we just assign it to avoid disputes
It wouldn't make sense for my character lose to their character but the other author won't take the damage so we have decided to ignore the fight
Your character will receive the damage even if you don't write the fight out.
