Romances where heroine is raising her own child as a sibling

I like secret baby trope romances, and I read one a few years ago where the heroine had a baby out of wedlock but managed to hide the pregnancy and presented the child to everyone as a sibling. (I don't remember the name unfortunately, and it was before I had a Kindle)

I was hoping some of you could recommend other books with that sub-type of secret baby trope.

I've tried searching the Goodreads lists, but all I come up with is the "classic" type of secret baby where the h hides a pregnancy/baby from the H OR where the h/H is raising their own actual siblings.

Black Cat by VC Andrews, maybe? But that's a very dark version of this trope

Thanks for the recommendation of VC Andrews. I know those often have secret baby/secret sibling trope, but I'm specifically looking for romances. Historical, contemporary, PNR, or rom-com, doesn't matter, but a HEA/HFN does.
