I guess it depends on what one calls nightmares. I don't have perfect dreams all the time but I don't consider them nightmares. If I don't like a dream I change it or kill myself in the dream to wake up.

Well, i guess. But i used to have like. Percy jackson, nightfall time style nightmares. It got really bad at times, also, one when i did ever get sleep

I haven't had a dream in a while. I sleep a little but it doesn't matter. The amount means nothing because I still wake up feeling drained so there's not much of a point..
