What's the location (country, region, well-known city, small town)?
It's a small town story. I think I read it around 2016-2019
I found it. The book is The Sinister Silhouette by Alex Grayson
Anyway, the story goes like this.
The lead guy is a tattoo artist or mechanic along with his sister. He also has a brother. He loses his memory in an attack. His brother has a daughter who the lead guy loves like his own. Lead guy finds his brother is visiting a girl in a hospital who has been in coma for the longest time. Brother says that's his wife. She regains consciousness but has no memory of what happened to her. But later the lead guy realizes he is in love with his brother's girl. And she also has feelings for him. But slowly the lead guy starts getting flashbacks about her in his life. They figure out that his brother lied about the lady in coma being his wife and reveals that he has been raising their daughter as his since few years, lying to everyone about it. The brother reveals that he had attacked the lead guy and molested his wife while she was already pregnant.
