Y/A mystery/fantasy type book about vampires. Instead of not aging they are somehow reborn over and over again as the same people in the same town.

I think it was an e-book, but I am unsure. The book starts in a town telling the story of a group of vampires that exist alongside humans. They somehow changed their curse and are aging. A group of regular vampires come to town that do not age and definitely drink blood. People start dying. Obviously you dont find out who is killing people till the end so I cant spoil it. I Know its possible for a real vampire to be changed into whatever the others are. It describes in one part how they keep the same spouses, redoing everything each time. One female was flirting with other guys even though she's technically with another reborn guy that she has married each redo.

The group of vampires that come to town includes adults and children. One older female likes a single reborn town man and at first he doesn't know she's a vampire. I think she drinks from him. That's all I really remember, but this story keeps popping in my head. I haven't read it in several years, so it isn't new. Please help?

Julie, around what year did you read this book? A range of years is fine.

Is it a real-world location (country, region, near a well-known city) or a fantasy world?

At least seven years ago. Up to possibly ten years ago. I'm fairly sure it was a small city or large town in the USA. I'm not sure if it was a town that really exists but I think it mentions being in a particular state that is really in America. As far as I can remember, the only non real world thing was the vampires and altered vampires. I do not remember an other creatures being present.
