First read in 2001 the title of the book is also the main characters name I think it starts with a “T” I mainly remember the book cover having a picture of a hare walking in snow with a walking stick.

Is this book for kids, teens, or adults?
I read it in 4th grade I’m not sure, it seemed to have adult themes
Not adult is in sexual, more like betrayal and murder
I wanna day maybe 6th grade level book
