It's actually an old injury that's still hurting! Let's just say blinds man's bluff on the trampoline...😅😉 I was the blind man and I was getting tired of not catching anyone so I just started flinging my arms around. Well, I got my sister, but it bent my arm the wrong way.😝 But that was, hmm, around two years ago? Maybe three? It was better for awhile, I don't know why it's started hurting again!!😔

Yeah, my mom twisted her arm pretty badly one time and it took years for it to feel normal. Sometimes it would still feel weak or sore if twisted a certain way.

At the time we didn't think to much of it because it hurt but to me it wasn't that bad. (I've always had a high pain tolerance) My mom just thought I had bruised the bone but I guess I didn't.😂 Unless it's still bruised!!😂😂

I can relate to that, Hannah. I damaged tendons in my right arm and hand in 2012 and the whole area still swells and aches if I over use my arm. I had physical therapy 3 times a week for 8 months, but it really didn't help much!
