I would love to come up with a quiz question! Let me think about it and I will post it soon!

Pam is fine...several of my friends call me Pammy Jo. Whatever you'd like. No matter what, I'm sure I've been called worse! : )

Pammy Jo?? I LOVE it!!! 😉😅

Good question.
Meg would love it.
In fact, the best way to get her attention
is to mention Hawthorne-
it's her bat signal. H 🔦
I haven't read it.

Yes, I thought of it last night...Twain came in with Halley's comet and he went out with it. Just as he predicted!

It is interesting how he prognosticated
death with Hailey's Comet.

I think I may know, but only because I did some "researching" online. So I'll wait a little bit to give an answer and see if anyone else will guess.

I shall follow Doreen's example- sit back with a cup

Cheers, Doreen! ☕☕

Hahaha, we've ALL been in the corner for cheating....except maybe Ruth and Dorothy. They're the mature ones of the group.

Zenobia's death in the book seems to be inspired by the real life suicide of Martha Hunt - whom Hawthorne later tried to help find the body.
That's my final answer....because I have no others!!!

Your name is so cute, Ella Mentry! We'll have to use that from now on! Emma, looking forward to seeing what yours is!

Thank you for relieving me of a difficult question. I'll do better next time. That is, if there is a next time for me! : 0

I did not go to bed. I was distracted by a celestial being! Actually, by a neighbor and a comet...sorry!
I'm a night owl AND an early bird. Usually don't turn in until at least midnight and ALWAYS awake around 4:00 a.m. I've been like that since childhood and it drove my parents nuts! I just never needed much sleep. Just one of my many odd quirks!
