Whose shallow mind?
I'm certain you wouldn't be
impertinent to refer my mind
as shallow, because I can assure
you it is not.
Virtual as in

Ergo, virtual.
Now go and sit in corner.π

Why do I have to sit in the corner? I was referring to my mind, not yours.

Ruth,
I don't mind craziness at all! It's how I've survived for the last 58 years! I think there was a song years ago about "I've always been crazy...it's kept me from going insane!"...that could be my theme song! I just love this group! So many people who think like I do! : )

Pamela, this group is just ONE. BIG. TEASE!!! So if you don't mind a good teasing and leg pulling, you'll definitely fit in!

I love Jane Austen and Louisa May Alcott. Also, I enjoy Christian fiction, especially historicals! The Bronte sisters are favorites, too. Really, if a book is good I enjoy the author! Oh, I also like nonfiction, especially U.S. and British history!

Sarcasm is a second language?? Gee, I always thought it was the only language!!! ; )

Mmmmmβ¦..good point.
On second thought, I suppose it's a toss-up here which is the second language - sarcasm or actually HAVING to be nice to each other.

Which is your favorite Gaskell, Ruth? Mine so far has been North and South. It's like a Jane Austen romance blended with a Dickens background.
