We're about half dug out now. π We called someone to come plow it for us but he apparently bit off more than he could chew today, so he didn't get here till about 3 this afternoon and didn't even finish yet. He's supposed to come back this evening sometime...

I'm glad! π
Taking a break from her chatter?! I'd die without my dear friend's chatter!! π€£ I enjoy it every single day. I've just not been much in the mood to comment for some reason. π

Sometimes I just need to be
"quiet", how about you?"
Yeah, sometimes being silent is refreshing. ππ€

βMark Twain once derided the
Book of Mormon as "chloroform in print."
The quiz is open to whomever wishes to
go next.

When Twain visited Salt Lake City, he met Brigham Young and learned a little about the Mormons. He was not impressed and he thought all Mormons should be removed from the U.S.. Did you know, prior to the Civil War, the U.S. Government did send the army to Utah in an attempt to break up the Mormon Church and settlement? General John F. Reynolds was among those sent to Utah. During the Civil War, he said that fighting the Mormons was worse than the Confederates, as the Mormons were the most inhumane and barbaric group he had ever encountered. Just a short history lesson from Teacher Pammy.
