I'm back home in one piece. However, 10 minutes before I had to leave for my appointment, I heard loud banging and jackhammers out in front of my house! Lo and behold, THE GAS COMPANY WAS DIGGING UP MY SIDEWALK AGAIN! I had no idea they were coming again! I can't believe it! By the time I got to the doctor, my pulse and blood pressure were through the roof! I had to keep my appointment, so nobody was home with my cats, who are very upset! The workers went to lunch, but just now returned to do more work! I had no idea about it and can't believe they are back today, of all days! Pammy Jo is not happy!!! I'll be busy with them all afternoon, but will check in later!😲🤯😬😱😳😡

A few years ago I had issues with my phone company and my service. I called them and the rep on the phone actually said I should sign up with their competitor if I wasn't happy with them! I have been a customer for 42 years! Big business no longer seems to believe good service is important!🤭
