But when do we get the answer???"
Well, I've been waiting for Dorothy to get on, thinking maybe she'd want to post the answer.

πShe will keep me in suspense as long as she possibly can!

I can see can see how that could be very therapeutic!

Well, what's a man supposed to do when he's been dumped by the woman he intended to marry?! Write a speller!

Well, what..."
I guess it beats drowning one's sorrow in a bottle!πΉπΊπ»π₯

P.S. Congratulations, Meg for getting it rightππ₯!!!

You all got it wrong!! Though walking in woods is great, too.

Oh, I'm so sorry dear Pammy!! I meant you all got it wrong with what you drown your sorrow in! Yes, Meg got the quiz question right!

You all got it wrong!! Though walking in woods is great, too."
And so what do you do? π

Well, while I've been sick and at the depths of dispair, (not literally, I just like to be dramatic) one of the only things that's made me feel better is reading Elizabeth Goudge. π

Pammy Jo"
I love on my cats and dogs! π₯°πππππ

NATHANIEL HAWTHORNE!!! π Seriously though, he has drastically changed my life!

THAT'S HOW ELIZABETH GOUDGE IS!!
I would love to hear how he's changed your life, but that's for another day, meanwhile, Zamba is calling me... π΄ππ€π€π€π€π€

Hahaha!! You don't want to get me started on that! π I don't even know if I could put it into words anyway, but it's true!
Ok, good night, or shall I say good Zamba? π€£ I'm headed that way soon too.

We used to have several horses. The last one died about 20 years ago...that's when pets break your heart, when you lose them. We had all sorts of animals...sheep, chickens, ducks, doves, fancy pheasants, fish, mice, hamsters, Guinea pigs, cats and dogs. Never goats, but I've always wanted them. We even had 2 pet skunks! Their mother was killed by a car and our vet asked if we would raise them. He de-scented them and we kept them in the house! They were litter trained and even wore collars and were leash trained...we took them for walks every night! Their names were Jack & Jill!

*I forgot our bunnies. We had many! Also litter trained and house pets!

Which NEL author coined the word Anesthesia?"
I know the answer, but will wait for others to try. My interest in reading about Civil War medical issues is why I know. That's the sort of strange trivia that has stuck in my brain over the years! Current important info slips right through! LOL!!!π€£π€ͺπ€―π§

I had a feeling you would know this one, Pammy Jo! π

So cool, Pammy Jo!! My family used to have a pet skunk before I was born!π

Which NEL author coined the word Anesthesia?"
Louisa May Alcott?

I'm mostly testing Meg's reactions. I thought possibly she was tricking me by using the author I just used, but her reaction told me I'm still incorrect. Hawthorne?

I was just about to give a funny answer when I realized you said Anesthesia, not amnesia!ππ

Don't feel bad, Allyson. At first glance VERY early this morning I thought it said "Anastasia" and for a brief moment I wondered how we had moved from New England to Russia! LOL!!!π€£πππ Not to treat Anastasia lightly. It was horrible what happened to her and her family.
