Don't let Meg pick someone! She'd pick herself!

Oh, I'm sorry! Our quiz was more or less a joke. 😂 Dorry wrote that poem, and so the answer was her."

Yo..."

No, of course not! I never was. 😂

Pamela | 2209 comments Here's my question:

Which New England author had a daughter who was nominated for Sainthood by the Catholic Church?

message 6368: by Lily Rose (new)

Lily Rose Dorothea | 1454 comments Meg, I said I was joking!

message 6369: by Joanna (new)

Joanna Pammy Jo I think I'm going to faint!!! 😲😂 That was the very question I was planning to ask next and you beat me to it. 🤣 Well naturally I know the answer but I guess I'll give others a chance first...

That is unbelievable, Meg! We must have a sort of psychic connection b/c you even dreamt about having to deal with a gas utility issue when I was dealing with my gas issues! You know, if a new member of this group would suddenly join in on our conversation, they might be very confused about why we are discussing gas so often. They might think it's another type of "gas" entirely!!! Yi-Yi-Yi! Wouldn't that be something???!! 🤣😆😯😳🤔

I know!! 😆 I even had the thought cross my mind last night that someone else might ask it before my next turn, but told myself that was highly unlikely. I did really feel a bit lightheaded when I read your question! 🤣
That's too funny about the gas...yes, I could see the confusion! 🤪 Reminds me of the time when my dad and I walked into a convenience store/gas station for a snack, and the cashier asked my dad, "Do you have gas?" 🤦‍♀️🤣

Emma | meadowroselibrary Oh dear. 😳 What has this group come to?? 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

They don't have a stump emoji, so I used a tree instead. 😂

If nobody knows the answer, Meg, you should answer and get the next question. I like the tree! If there was a saw emoji, you could put it next to the tree and make a stump!😂

message 6384: by Lily Rose (new)

Lily Rose Dorothea | 1454 comments I'm guessing Harriet Beecher Stowe. Sorry, this is the first opportunity I've had all day to put in my answer.

You're a lot of help. Since it's not Harriet Beecher Stowe, can I have another guess?

I'll tell you who it is, Dorry.

message 6395: by Allyson (new)
