#1 done.
When you add a new edition/translation of a book that is already on GR, you can use the "add a new edition" link on the page of the existing book. It will automatically combine the books.
Also, titles (like Dr. / д-р) are not allowed in the author field.

#2 That one is actually a duplicate. Merged into the identical edition with isbn and recombined.
