Hello Rachael! The team quarterly doesn't have that kind of requirement, but maybe the solo quarterly does? Here is the link to that Q & A: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

Yes, you are more than welcome to create a banked book tab for later words if it doesn’t fit any of your current ones.

Celia Buell (semi hiatus) (celiareadsbooks) | 3944 comments Kind of an odd and specific question but if a book fits more than one series (a miniseries inside a series type thing) can I use both of the series names to cover words for the book? Ex. Beast of Rosemead: A Retelling of Beauty and the Beast is the 4th overall in the Fairytales of Folkshore series but the first in its series inside that larger series, Rosemead. So can I use letters from both series or only one?

message 7: by Felicia (new)

Felicia | 15003 comments You can use whatever it says on the GR page. So for the book you linked. This is what you can use letters from:
Beast of Rosemead: A Retelling of Beauty and the Beast
(Rosemead Duology #1)
Minus the word duology. Plus the authors name.

Esther | 1829 comments I know you said we can use series titles for this challenge now, so that means we can use them along with the author and book titles?
For example: if I were trying to complete the word WET, and I was reading Always and Forever, Lara Jean, would I be able to use the W and E from the title and then use the T from the series title; To All The Boys I've Loved Before?

BookWorm wrote: "Does Wrecking Ball count as a Graphic Novel?"

It does look like it has an MPG of Graphic Novel. So it will count for 1/4 the page count.

224 x .25 = 56 pages

Celia Buell (semi hiatus) (celiareadsbooks) | 3944 comments So I know if a books first or most rated edition has no page count, we use the next rated edition, but if the next one is published under a different title (not language, just title) do we use that? Also what do we use if the first one that comes up on the book's GR page is different than the first one that comes up when you search the book in search or comments?

Yes, you can use the second book if the first one doesn't show a page count.

Send Me Their Souls (Bring Me Their Hearts, #3) by Sara Wolf https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...

So, using the book up above as an example, when you click the link it shows no page count. Then you go to 'other editions' and the book on top has the page count of 416 - you would use that page number.

Celia Buell (semi hiatus) (celiareadsbooks) | 3944 comments If the most rated is an audiobook we can use the page count for the next most rated right?

Also are subtitles allowed in this?

Sorry! Just saw this, yes you can use the next book and subtitles are allowed since it is in the book title.

Deanie Nelder | 1085 comments Odd question... I just joined this challenge today, but it goes back to July 1. Can I only use books I've read and reviewed from today on, or can I use books I've already read and/or reviewed back to the challenge start date?

You can use any book that you started and finished on or after July 1st.
