Nick | 3 comments Goal: 50 books in one year

Time to actually read: Barely 30 minutes a day

Won't this be interesting?

At least one book is done and I only have 40 pages or so left in another.

I'll update you guys every time I finish a book (which might not be too often, but often enough).

Also, I'm on a Stephen King reading spree this year so most of what I read will be by him.

I've already read The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon, so I'm about 1/50th of the way there!

Jodi (readinbooks) | 1971 comments Hi Nick,
50 is a great number. I have read a number of Stephen King books. What is your favourite so far?

message 3: by Nick (new)

Nick | 3 comments From what I've read, Pet Sematary has been his best, though I'm yet to read The Stand whiche I've heard is his best work by far.

Jodi (readinbooks) | 1971 comments I started The Stand right before Christmas but I had to stop to read some other books. It is really good. I am going to have to go back and finish it.

Nick | 3 comments Update:

Just finished The Odyssey; now it's time for a review!

Quick warning: The review does contain spoilers; read at your own risk

The Odyssey

Cassandra | 5832 comments Good luck with your challenge, Nick, and I hope you're able to find some snatches of time to read. I read my first Stephen King books last year (The Stand and The Gunslinger) and I hope to read a couple more this year.
