ABANDONED. Children's Horror anthology Book Read in 2005- One Specific story was about an old couple who gave a dollhouse to the main character's sister and it ends up sucking the life out of her and the family.

I read the book in the early 2000's, around 2003-2005. It was in my elementary school's library grouped with Mary Downing Hahn, but I can't recall if it was genre or just name sorted.

I recall one specific story in detail:
A girl, her mother, and her younger sister live next door to some old folks who I think are renting their old home out. They had a daughter die because she was sick, and they lived in the house the family was in, but moved next door because of the steps and their daughter's illness.
The old couple give the little sister a doll house and she becomes obsessed with playing with it. Then, so does her mom. They slowly begin to turn into the dolls while the dolls in the house begin looking like the main girl's family. The mom might have had a boyfriend?
