Dodo (TrueDodo) | 42 comments This might be just a trifle, still I`m kinda uneasy, so I suppose I`d better ask... Having clicked the last notification from Goodreads Librarians, I got this:

This Connection is Untrusted

You have asked Firefox to connect securely to www.goodreads.com, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.

Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.
What Should I Do?

If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.

www.goodreads.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided. The certificate is only valid for api.integ.goodreads.com (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

Could that be serious? I mean, could some weirdo impersonate Goodreads?

This is not a Librarians Group issue, but one for the Feedback Group. Librarians can help with issues pertaining to specific book records or most related issues, but have no control over general site functionality or related issues. Closing thread.
